Refunds and Returns
While we hope you love your purchase as much as we love our products, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We are happy to offer a full refund of your purchase upon the return of the product in its original and resalable condition. Please contact us in writing within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Any shipping costs incurred for the original delivery are non-refundable, and the cost of returning the product is entirely your own. You’ll need to download, complete and enclose our Returns Form with your package.
We have full confidence that you’ll receive your purchase in perfect condition. However, if you receive your product and find there is a fault with it, get in touch with us within 7 days we will do what we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction (either replace or refund your payment and shipping). We will adhere to our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Sale items and shipping expenses are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refunds should the returned product not meet the conditions above.
